Stash Cash Rewards

Every time I go to my buddies house I pick up some marijuana for us to smoke at his house, as it’s legal in Ohio. I recently noticed a “Loyalty System” on the dispensaries website, which brought me to this pointless app. I download it, notice I have 900 some point which equates to about 45 dollars off. Awesome! I try redeeming, which brings you to a screen of absolutely no use where you can’t click anything. So I call the store asking for assistance on this “loyalty” system they have going on and before I can finish my sentence, I’m told that you can’t redeem your points in Ohio for Marijuana only for “vape batteries and things of that such” and that he doesn’t know if they’ll ever have a REAL rewards system. What an absolute joke and a waste of my hour. Do not recommend

The app usually crashes when I open the app and the screen turns white. I have opened the app to just look at my points and a countdown starts, which is annoying if the user isn’t checking out in the store. When I have tried to use it in store, I usually end up having to use points manually anyway and relay a pin number that was texted to me. It seems like an added step that doesn’t provide any real value. I would like to just look at my points without having to ask an employee during store hours.

I’ve been waiting a month for this app to be useful. My store isn’t connected to the app yet, apparently, even though it constantly advertises it on it’s ordering website. I love the additional features in the Filters menu such as “feeling, activities.” I love the way it keeps track of previous orders, even though I think it only starts to record your history after you download the app. Meh… But if I click on a store that IS connected to the app, it won’t allow me to use any points, it doesn’t even have an area where I’m prompted, as advertised, thus rendering the app completely useless still. I’ll wait for it to be actually useful because it’s a wonderful concept that enhances the online shopping experience.
