I usually order McDonald’s through Gozilla, and they have always delivered to my location. However, during my last order, although the app stated “delivers to your location,” the delivery person called to confirm my location, and shortly after, my order was canceled without my consent.
When I reached out to Gozilla, their only explanation was that McDonald’s doesn’t deliver to my location and that they had tried to contact me, even though the delivery person had already called. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism. Gozilla provides incorrect information on their app and fails to coordinate properly with restaurants. They canceled my order without any proper communication or resolution.
I do not recommend using this service.

This app is a shining example of how NOT to make an app. It’s as if the developers actively tried to create the most frustrating experience possible. Every tap feels like a gamble—will it freeze, crash, or just ignore you entirely? Spoiler: It does all three.
And the customer support? Calling it “support” is a joke. It’s more like a black hole where your complaints go to die. They either don’t respond, send useless copy-paste replies, or pretend your issues don’t exist. It’s almost impressive how consistently terrible they are.
If you enjoy wasting time, feeling ignored, and questioning your life choices, then this is the app for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away.
