Return and Earn

So slightly annoying when you turn up to clear the backlog of bottles and cans only to find that the return bins are all full and not being emptied anytime soon. Second issue is when you go to open the app and get the white screen of nothing. Had to completely delete app from phone, reload and sign back in before it worked again. Other than that very happy with how it works.

I had never heard of this App before, and whilst I try to recycle I hadn’t realised how easy this was to use and earn. It took me less than a minute to set up and link to my bank account and got close to $10 for doing what I would have done anyway. Brilliant. I’ll be using it as a way to help my kids get some pocket money. After I have spent this $10 on me!

I have a suggestion for this app as it’s use is largely negated by the convenience of physical receipts and the Internet being able to tell you where the points are/if they’re open. I’d appreciate a feature that tells you how full any given return and earn point is. You can find return and earn locations without the app but having the app actually be able to tell you which points have space/how much space they have would save a lot of time and pointless ventures to the collection point only to discover that it’s full. I know it’s possible as the machines are already linked to the app in some capacity as you can register returns within your account using the machines. Having this would actually give some sort of function to the app other than holding e-receipts that a large majority of people do not opt for due to the convenience and simplicity of a physical receipt.
