THORWallet: Crypto Wallet

Exceptionally well made app. The design is very user friendly. It has everything you want: multi-chain swaps, staking, LP, NFTs, credit card w/ Swiss bank account (location restrictions apply). I’ve been using this app for well over a year & the team keeps delivering.

I’m an experienced defi LP user on many platforms, but even with the 1.2 upgrade, while providing BTC-RUNE 50-50 liquidity, I got a broadcast error on the RUNE side and it did not take my RUNE, but it did take my BTC and sent it to another BTC address (bc1q4jh9dfcxgfk235mp4u0m3a9ulcu94e43halrd8). I hope this is just a glitch and that address is still somehow linked to my liquidity, but the BTC no longer shows in my wallet and this app shows no liquidity being provided, though the Actions history both in the BTC and RUNE wallet shows the BTC being provided as liquidity… hopefully I just cannot see it. This feels very much like a BTC scam.

I went from being impressed at the slickness and features of this app to being greatly disappointed within 15 minutes of installing it. I created a wallet and transferred a test amount BTC to convert to rune. Swapping to rune is NOT POSSIBLE, it refused to send the transaction and I am 100% sure I left enough BTC to supply the gas/tx fee. I did not try swapping from BTC to other currencies. Worst part: it randomly disabled Face ID on like 2 failed attempts, and when I entered the correct passcode when prompted - there was NO OPTION TO PROCEED AND LOG IN. It just hangs without allowing me the option to log in or otherwise bypass the passcode screen. There was no continue button below the number pad or any way to proceed into the app. There is no difference in entering the correct vs incorrect passcode here, it’s as if it’s a number entry field that literally does nothing. As a troubleshooting measure, I deleted the app and reinstalled, then proceeded to import the wallet.After entering the seed phrase then arriving at the passcode confirmation step in setup, IT DOES NOT PROCEED AND IT IS STUCK ON THE PASSCODE CONFIRMATION SCREEN. It does detect if the passcode entered in the confirmation screen is incorrect, but even if it is correct - clicking “continue” does NOTHING. In other words, I am locked out of my wallet and my funds. Shame on the developer for presenting this app as polished and working when, in my case running on an iPhone 13 Pro, this is clearly false
