I've used the app for about 30 minutes and it crashed 3 times. There's also no way to filter calls in "My Team's Recording's" However I like that there is a mobile app where I can listen to my teams calls.
I’ve worked in tech for a while and very familiar with ZoomInfo. This app doesn’t even allow me to log in with my gmail or my okta so it’s useless. The log in function is clearly broken. My enterprise company just moved from Gong to Chorus and so far Gong is so much better in every way it’s not even funny. Until this app gets an update to simply allow me to log in, it’ll continue to be useless and hinder my ability to access my calls on the go.
Chorus has been key to ramping our new sales reps and also helps with coaching and helping everyone on the team adopt best practices from top reps. Such a game changer especially with remote working sales teams. Best conversation intelligence tool out there.
