This app worked for a few months and has not been able to log in for over a year now. It’s disappointing since it was supposed to support my sales in the field when I’m traveling through four states meeting and acquiring sales with customers. I’ve tried every option I see to reset login with zero success. I’d rate it less than one star if possible.
I expected a professional and efficient experience with Spiff, but unfortunately, both their support and platform fell far short of expectations. The customer service team is unresponsive and lacks accountability — inquiries often go unanswered for extended periods, and when responses do arrive, they are generic and unhelpful. The application itself is equally disappointing. It suffers from performance issues, inconsistent functionality, and a confusing user interface that undermines productivity rather than enhancing it. For a platform that positions itself as a solution for efficiency and transparency, the overall experience is frustrating and unreliable. It’s unfortunate to see a product with potential be let down by poor execution and inadequate support. Spiff should seriously invest in improving both its technology and customer care if it hopes to regain user confidence.

I set an a font that is so small that it’s nearly impossible to scan the various periods and see what the amount paid at work without actually tapping into them. As an app, quite literally, the primary job here is to display what the monthly commission will be, analysis, and further breakdown is by far a secondary concern. I appreciate that the app exists, but it appears that the people that design it are not commissioned otherwise, they would architect it with an emphasis on displaying the data differently.
