I would like to thank 3 menu's healthy food lifestyle restaurant for their tasty food in very high quality of the ingredients and actually I lost around 5kg within 3 weeks without any exercise .. I love it very yummy food and I never feel bored like other healthy food restaurants. I recommended in very high level.

Their food does not make you loose weight it stabilizes it. Cleanness: food is clean but if you leave it for more than a day the taste changes and gets bad. Diversity: Salad option for 5 days is various, however the next week you would expect it to be different However it’s not it’s same as the first week which i got bored of the salads. Their chicken is good but do not leave it for a day as taste changes to a bad one. Their meat not good very dry. Fish acceptable not bad. My recommendations are: 1. Diversify in Salad more 2. Delivery should be on the time request of the customer as the customer already is paying 500AED which is a very extensive amount so it should be based on customer’s time convenience. 3. Provide various options for people who want to diet loose weight food variety. Because most meals are heavy for a person on a strict diet. So having an alternative diet plan is much better.
