I loved the application, it is user friendly and easy to navigate.
I am happy that I am able to rate the government services in the various service centers provided on the app.
The UAE is always revolutionary in putting the customer friend and ensuring a pleasant customer journey and experience.
The customers voice is important and this application allows residents of the UAE provide feedback on how they would like to be served

التطبيق بسيط وسهل الاستخدام، وكنت أتمنى ان يتم ربطه مع بطاقة الهوية أو برقم الهاتف، حتى لا يحدث تلاعب في نتائج التقييم، حيث ان التقييم للمركز كل ٢٤ ساعة يبسط للمدراء المراكز بأمر موظفينهم بتقييم مستوى خدماتهم مما يؤدي إلى اللعب بالنتائج ورفعها

UAE Mystery Shopper application is available in 8 languages; namely, Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish, Chinese, French and Russian, to cater to the needs of customers from different nationalities in United Arab Emirates. Users can evaluate the overall experience at the service center and rate the various aspects of their experience including the location, parking spaces, reception, waiting time, clear process, completion time, service fees, payment method and employee attitude.
Customers can share their feedback on the smart application either during or after their visit to the service center. The comments section allows users to elaborate further on their experience, thus providing government entities with extensive data that help in pinpointing strengths and weaknesses.
This app, developed by the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program (EGSEP), has been launched by Sheikh Mohammad recently with a view to empower customers, listen to customer voice, measure customer satisfaction and increase citizen happiness.
