From the day we moved all our accounts to First Resource Bank about 10 years ago we’ve never questioned the decision. In so many ways the staff ( many of whom know us by name!) they have handled ALL our personal and business needs. During Covid they not only helped us navigate the challenges but also helped several friends who did not have accounts with them. Now that’s service!!

Honestly, this bank is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Every single person I’ve dealt with (10+) has been more than helpful, professional and friendly. Their customer service is hands-down the best around, and I know that I can always count on them. As small business owners, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you for being there for us from day one! We couldn’t do it without you 😊

I seriously can’t tell you how much I appreciate First Resourse Bank in Exton. From their customer service, their manageable security measures, and their reasonable check clearing dates, I can’t say enough. Ever since I switched for the Citadel, this has been a huge improvement to the way I do business.
