Boost Mobile

Single mom with special needs child having a hard time, we are constantly being asked to leave where we rent and car was towed all we have is our phone service. I paid up front for tablet and phone 1500+to have a yr of free service for tablet and phone and insurance which was a great deal I thought especially since we can’t relay in much these months. The app always locks me out tablet was stolen and ins and other fees weren’t even applied out covered it and tells me I owe 50 or 20 or 13 out whatever and cuts service. The reps and the app don’t communicate somehow. The right hand don’t know don’t left is doing. It gives me ticket number and tells me I have a credit back and issue resolved and cuts my service every month I got robbed car was towed because couldn’t communicate due to the boost miss understanding and couldn’t pay certain things on time because I have unreliable service. I thought I was paid for the yr and before I know it when I’m stuck I’m lost and need gps to work important phone call gets cut out,school can’t contact me regarding my kid. Boost suspends me and tries to charge. Reps seems to not be trained and always submit tickets but never understand anything. They say there is no complaint dept. the chat box gives repeat answers that don’t make sense. I’m very disappointed. I like the deal and app if only they knew what boost advertised. Very unprofessional and incompetent :(

I recently made a carrier switch to Boost, porting out of Verizon to keep my number. Process was easy and fast. Plus the IPhone 15 which is an upgrade for me. I had iPhone 12 and it was practical cremated already. I got a beyond amazing deal from Boost. I also called my store first to I make sure they had it and that the deal was actually real. Went to that store within 35 minutes. Benjamin and 8 were introduced on the phone. He made sure I was able to get the device I wanted. He was full of information and helpful details. As for the network, I have tried ALL CARRIERS and prepaid service and postpaid services. I in an area that we all have labeled, living in the Bermuda Triangle bc all cell providers, every single one, within entering my neighborhood, the diameter of my specific house, we pay for service each month, but at home we Don’t get what we pay For every month. Let me just say that so far, and it’s been not even a whole 7 days since I went to Boost, my network with them is the ONLY network where I can use my phone at home. Literally. I can’t say enough nice things about customer service from Benjamin, the quality of my brand new iphone15, which I needed so bad. I got it for $149 online and picked up in store within 35 minutes of finding and ordering it. The network seems to be the best I’ve had in this area and I’ve loved here a long time. I’ve told all of my neighbors so they can finally Have the service they are paying for it they switch to Boost. I wish I would have known much sooner. So happy that I’m on this BEST kept secret. I switched over from Visible by Verizon, and I am so impressed. (I was a customer close to two years ago) and this company has significantly improved. I ported over and got the iPhone 15 and this phone is a rockstar on their newly built network, that’s right I am on there NATIVE 5G Network they built and the service is absolutely phenomenal. Customer service has improved, the mobile app is amazing and very easy to use and navigate through, more features, and more data! They are such a new company and very competitive. It’s nice to see a company that combined postpaid and prepaid in one to offer customers great service and the option to finance devices. Even though, I do not finance and choose not too they still give you great deals on port-ins and upgrades and I hope that only changes to get even better for ALL customers! It’s been a breath of fresh air since switching and the process in-store was super smooth. There new network is already amazing and I can only imagine how fantastic it will be once it is fully built out. Thank you Boost Mobile for bringing competition to the market, fantastic deals, improved features, improved customer support, and an improved mobile app! I hope it continues to improve and become even better. A company doing big things for all customers!!! 🧡📲📶🎉
