Kingdom War: Tower Defense TD

Hello, I like this game very much, but because I am a player in Chinese Mainland, I have been unable to log in, and the home page of the game shows that my zone is not open. Please solve it, thank you!

I’ve purchased the expert pack but never received it. In fact I tried multiple times and it shows on my receipt I’ve made multiple purchases and never received it. I’ve emailed the devs and haven’t received a response. This is stealing and I will report. Where is my purchase? And why haven’t anyone from this developer company replied to my email? I even have proof and sent in multiple screen shots. Update: The developers did get back with me and resolved my issues. Changing rating to 5 stars.

There’s a lot of little things in this game that are very annoying. - melee heroes and soldiers are way too aggressive. They engage enemies who are way too far away and then chase the enemies all over the map which usually results in them being killed and me having to frequently reposition them. Sometimes soldiers will run off the map when enemies get close. - the daily dungeon isn’t fun. Once you get to the point where you can beat it on the hardest difficulty, you just play the exact same level over and over again. A little variety would help a lot. - the auto play button is right next to the button for speeding up the game. This wouldn’t be a problem if using the auto play feature didn’t use items that are pretty rare. It’s even more annoying that accidentally clicking it and turning it off asap still consumes the item making it a complete waste. This could easily be fixed if that button was on a different side of the screen or in the pause menu. - battle of the gods mode is cool, but I hate that my heroes all immediately run to the center once the enemy shows up. Even ranged heroes do this. I don’t know about any else, but I prefer when ranged heroes fight from far away so I have to reposition them every time the it starts. It’s even more frustrating because all the enemies I’ve faced in that mode all have aoe attacks which can quickly kill all my heroes if I don’t reposition them. - restarting a match before you call in the first wave wastes your limited attempts. You have 15 items that get consumed for your attempts and they regenerate over time and it can take 1-3 each time you play a level. Restarting because you misplaced a tower or choosing the wrong hero at the start shouldn’t be a punishment if you haven’t called in the first wave. This game has potential, but it has a lot of problems that hold it back. I can look past the usual greediness that most mobile games these days have, but I can’t look past all the other issues with this game.
