Instead of just letting you buy tickets, it keeps asking for more and more and more and more and more information. It freezes constantly, and even after you’ve entered ALL that information, it randomly deletes it and makes you start over. Terrible.
This app a) doesn’t keep me logged in; b) doesn’t keep my log-in credentials in the keychain; and c) doesn’t allow for Face ID log-in. Thus, every time I’m asked to show my (Deutschland) ticket, I have to fumble for my email address and password, type everything in, and keep everyone waiting. This app is the opposite of convenient. I regret switching from smart card to mobile.
App will not load. Only states an error with my push notifications and then loops back to the error message. This is the only way to access tickets so I can’t use public transit now. This is incredibly disappointing.
