Deutschlandticket App

I tried to purchase a Deutschland Ticket from this app and it would only show Sepa payment, but no debit or creditcard option. Access Problems: I could access the website with my password, but it would not work on the app. No phone number to call for support. When I tried to purchase again, I received error and no opportunity to contact any support. Horribly disrespectful and lack of basic function.

And doesn’t work. No matter how much you sing and dance, the ticket you purchased online from Deutschland ticket will absolutely not appear in the app. This software is so buggy it should be removed the market immediately .

The unavailability of English on this app makes the fine print rules easy to miss. A subscription charging you for a month that doesn’t validate until 20 days later, is downright immoral and should be illegal. Beware visitors of Germany, the Deutschlandticket is out to rip you off of your money.
