Firstly, let me say that this game is awesome! I’ve progressed through all of the scenes with fairly minimal difficulty. The scenes are not overly challenging, but incredibly fun to play. You’ll still need to put your thinking cap on, but won’t be pulling your hair out. The only issue I’ve come across is in the Santa scene. There is a number puzzle, where you need to connect each number to the next with as many lines as the number indicates, however the inventory menu does not drop down for me, so I’m unable to see the bottom row of numbers. It allows me to do the puzzle, and I believe I’ve gotten the puzzle correct, however when I do that, rather than allowing me to progress further, the game freezes. I can still click on my inventory, but the rest of the game remains frozen. I’ve started the scene over three times and the same issue arises. This was the first time in any of the Five-BN games that I’ve experienced this. All the Five-BN games I’ve played have been awesome though! Keep up the good work!

Update: the issue described below is now fixed. This developer is five stars from me! They not only have an excellent series of games including this title, but they are very responsive to user feedback and questions. Thanks! I like the game very much. Giving it a three star rating because I’m on chapter 14/Santa’s House and can’t get past the wooden chest puzzle in the stable. I’ve connected all the rectangles with what seems to be the correct number of lines but the game doesn’t advance. I’ve even found other solutions (with a couple of variations on my original solve) but it remains stuck on that puzzle. Oddly, there is no “?” link for instructions (the first time this feature has been missing in all these titles I’ve played) so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I downloaded the version update of a couple days ago but no change. Even walkthroughs found on line aren’t helpful (yeah I know that’s cheating lol) as they have a completely different layout of the boxes with Roman numerals. Any ideas what I’m missing?

I just finished the series of Tricky Doors. I came to find more but thought I would offer a review of what I just finished. This is a beautifully designed graphic game. Some slightly repetitive logic puzzles but each has a little twist to intrigue you to finish. I would occasionally get stumped and wonder things like “Why would I have a bowling ball?” But I know I needed to progress further into another room or location to answer those questions. This game requires you to be specific to what you touch/ interact with. There are more precise touch-points so you have less a chance to stumble on a tool or device icon as other games. I did wish that you could collect a hint every day as some other games. I did use the 15 hint bypass for a couple of puzzles, so you have to watch 8 ads to generate 15 “coin”. But that’s a price to play for free on an excellent game. There are some clever connections to find as you work your way through the games. I didn’t come across any issues. Overall an enjoyable experience and kudos to the developers on a solid creation.
