Update after using for one week: No alternative moves No explanations to workouts. Unsure if set reps are per side or total The little joke or quip she said for each video is exactly the same each time. No tips or explanations. So it gets annoying. No ability to track reps or progress. The recipes are about the equivalent of searching “insert meal type here” on Pinterest. Don’t waste your money, buy a real program I was expecting more. Erica is an amazing influencer and I absolutely adore her HOWEVER I feel like the app missed the mark. The app is definitely for beginners, which is great, but I was hoping to be able to get more intense workouts from a bikini competitors app but there are no options for the non-beginners. The app itself is very glitchy, you can’t minimize the app without the clock pausing which is really annoying during cardio sense I want to be able to access my phone to pass the time. This is also not the only app with the exact same layouts it’s very generic. The community is NOT. Erica does not come in and comment. No one responds to questions or posts at all. It’s a lot like talking to a wall. So to say there is a “community” is a total lie. For the price it’s just not worth it which is a bummer. This comment has nothing to do with Erica herself but more so the app creator. That all being said if you’re just starting out this app would be great for you.

This app is so user friendly, I can play music and do my workouts without them interrupting each other which is my favorite part! The reps play over and over so you can make sure you’re doing the workout correctly, and the timed workouts have the timer for you so I no longer have to reset my watch timer! There are a few hiccups, but it’s a new app so completely understandable! I LOVE it!

This app is a huge upgrade from the last! So many more more features like the meal plan options specifically for your goal of muscle building or weight loss and I love that you can actually track the foods you choose from the plans. Ericas’ workouts are great, but she herself is absolutely amazing! She cares so much for her clients and always gives 100% to give us what we need for her program to work for us, in our own individual ways, and supports each and every one of us through and through. She has a client in me forever!
