Never once have I attended and all 4 recycling points been functional. Not taking glass. Not taking cans, screens shutoff, starting up….there’s always something a miss. For the modest quantity I bring and wait only for a point to stop part way and not accept any more it costs more in fuel to get there and back. Hardly worth the bother.

Today the app forced me to recreate my account again by verifying my email, no way to verify existing account or logging in with old credentials. Now I have a new account with no method of linking old vouchers awaiting use, archived vouchers and app achievements. Because of this I changed the payout from vouchers to PayPal payouts to be sure I actually SEE the money I earn going somewhere. I don’t like the language around payment data like many who reviewed this app, expecting so much personal information for Direct Debits and PayPal user data. I have very little trust in those operating this service. When I was depositing bottles this afternoon there were others saying they had to create a new account too and also lost their vouchers, one was an older gentleman was stressed as he collects for a local basketball team and now their credit have disappeared.

I love now how they have changed the payment options (deposits) before you had to give a 3rd party your bank details and was not guaranteed if it would work, now with the update you can now directly enter your BSB and A/C Number! Great job for adding this after all our feedback Tommra. The app still needs to add support for Apple Wallet so I don’t have to open the app every time I would like to make a deposit. I love how this app is the only one that tells you if a machine is closed or full or open, I would love if it was clear on the app if you use a RVM it would tell you what place to go to collect you money (eg Coles, Woolworths etc) They need to fix how the barcode reader does not pick up the barcode that are curved. Another feature I would like them to add is to see how many of what type of containers returned, like P.E.T containers, aluminium and plastics and see how much of each in total you have returned. I would Also like to give suggestions in the app so I know it will get read by the correct people. I would also like to add a area to request a machine to be added, So that we have more places we can return our cans! I also love how the app send me a push notification when the money is deposited into my account and to confirm that I deposited the cans into the machine.
