Domino Go: Dominoes Board Game

Editing my previous 3 star review to update to a 5 star; customer service was very quick and efficient to find my account and credit back the lost coins after the game froze. This is a very fun, highly addicting game. However, while competing in one of the “winter rush” games, the game froze on my opponents turn. I force closed the app, waited 10 minutes for their turn, tried turning my wifi on and off, reopened the app, it was still frozen on the other players turn. There was no time clock on the other players turn. The only way out of the game was to resign which cost me 10,000 coins. There is no way to contact anyone, or answers on the “game help” site as to how I could’ve fixed this game. Glitches happen, but there needs to be a way to remedy this without costing you your entire coin loot.

I absolutely love this game. I have been waiting for a fun and aesthetically appealing dominos game where you can play others around the world in real time. I like the timer aspect as it makes the rounds go by faster. Couple of things: 1. There is a bug when you get to Crazy Carnival. It will have the notification of how many rewards are waiting for you, but when you go to open Crazy Carnival the loading screen stays at 0 percent and you have to force close the app and reopen it to be able to do anything else. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it didn’t fix it. 2. I wish the points needed for “fives” was a bit higher as 75 points can be done in one to two rounds and I would like to be a little more competitive with the people I’m playing. Thanks for a great game and I hope that bug gets fixed!

I thought this game was difficult at first because I didn’t understand the scoring system and why they were taking more coins then what I put in. You should include that somewhere in the little introductory/explanation on how to play and score and pips etc.. Shortly after I figured that out I noticed every so often when I lose they take more coins away than they should. For example I just placed a 2,500 game and lost by 2X which they should have taken 5,000 coins but instead took 4x a whopping 10,000. I don’t have the funds to buy coins so it takes me forever to build my coins up to even play a 2,500 game and to then steal 10,000! It even said x2 after I lost. Also, someone has mentioned that when you put in , for example, 1000 coins and I win whether by x1, x2 or x4 I don’t get the full amount owed to me. But if the opposition wins they always gets the full amount.
