This app is extremely hard to use and if a problem comes up (like not receiving any notifications) there is no solution that anyone can solve. I am unable to receive any notifications and messages through this app which is hard when it is the main way information is being sent out. There is also no way to get customer support or report an issue within the app other than through the principal who also doesn’t have a way to put in a ticket.
