This is the most pathetic product I have used. I bought the product twice because it did not show the results first time. Trying to register myself and didn’t receive the OTP despite several attempts. Tried to reach the support number and the call is forwarded and then it says that it the number is out of coverage. What on earth is a customer supposed to do? Do you have any moral responsibility towards your customers? And that too healthcare which is the of utmost importance. See you in consumer court!

It doesn't give the report t the end. It will compellyou to provide much of personal data and after that it makes you wait till 15 mins. After which it gives an error and asks you tosubmit the test again. Then it will again make you wait till 5 minutes after which you'll again see the same error and you are then stuck in an endless loop of waiting end error. Strictly ssray away from this app or test. Go with some other provider

The app is pathetic and doesn't generate the report at the end. You'll have to wait for a long time post which the report will not be generated. And it won't let you can the cassette again or even get the ID so you can reach out to the support team. And this is after giving the a world of personal data which I don't trust them to use safely. Strictly stay away from this test and if you can, use some other provider.
