It do not connect to the ceiling fan that was advertised to be managed via app and Alexa compatible

Unable to connect to BLUETOOTH
Purchased a fan with APP to control lights and fan. I have tried to work with support and sent the PDF of why it is not connecting. While working with support via AMAZON message center, I finally gave up. I would like to get the APP to work if they would hear me out. NO ! In cycle.
