Nothing was wrong with the old app! They said I didn’t have to change my username or password and I had to change my username. And then I go to pay a loan that I have with the and it’s no longer and option to just transfer money to pay it! Like how do they want me to pay it! I will be calling to get all this hopefully fixed and worked out!

The new app has much smaller print when looking at my account transactions making it very difficult for me to read. The old app was much easier to read and use! If I could give this 0 stars I would!

I have loved dealing with Dover-Phila over the last 20 years. They have always made things as simple as can be. It’s nice to see a mobile check deposit and secondary authentication features on the app for our credit union.
