I have loved dealing with Dover-Phila over the last 20 years. They have always made things as simple as can be. It’s nice to see a mobile check deposit and secondary authentication features on the app for our credit union.

The new app is awful! The old app was perfect, never had an issue. This one never loads, can’t log in. Can’t keep two people logged into the account even if there’s 2 people on the account. I can’t even access my accounts online today. Dover phila is a joke of a bank to begin with but this is really icing on the cake. Fix the app, or lose business. Pretty simple.
