The app does a terrible job of informing customers what their net profit or loss is. It displays wholesale+tariff price but the cost to customers is higher than that so people think they’re importing for 9c/kWh when actually it’s more like 30c/kWh. Then it shows export earnings and discounts earned by importing at low cost times but doesn’t account for usage and daily fee so customers have to do this calculation for themselves. Grateful for the high Happy Hour fit, but please, fix your app! Also why do you insist on having your own meter installed for it to then not transmit accurate data to the app for a month? Also, why is the app so slow?
The apps decent when it works. Problem is, it hardly works. It’s a dice roll whether it actually gets past the white screen and shows the main dashboard when opening. Annoying when a competitive advantage of flow power is checking your live usage compared to the price of energy, but can’t make informed decisions because their only way to access that data is unusable most of the time. Would happily change to a higher rating if this app ever becomes reliable and stable.
The app has more bugs than childcare in winter. The app doesn’t work very well and drops out and white screens on a daily basis.
