First Bank Kansas

First Bank Kansas has worked hard to update their online banking app since they took over Bank of America’s customers here in my area. This update is a step in the right direction- however my app crashes/freezes at least three times a week. I am forced to turn my phone off and back on to log back onto the app to transact my business. Frustrating.

This has been a very helpful app. It lets you look at your statement and send messages so you don’t have to hope on the phone or get into your car and go to the bank to have your questions answered. You can snap a photo of your check and do a mobile deposit!

🌺 In order to access my acct via the app. I had to log into my acct. first via the web page and under Preferences > Mobile, click on the tab "Mobile Enrollment" and check the box that says, "Yes, enable my..." and click the Submit button. 🌹 Then, I clicked the tab "Mobile Authorizations" and created an authorization code. 🌸
