WeFast: Diet Plan for Women

hi so ive been using this for a while, i have had so many people tell me i look skinnier and better, and i feel better. I do 16:8 so correct me if im wrong but i fast for 16 hours and then when i eat i have a calorie defecit of 500 calories. But i have a question and idk if anyone can answer but, i want to ask questions with the community, as there is an option for that, but i cant reply to any comments and i dont see where i can chat. Someone pls answer my question!!! but love this app and its so great for weight loss!!!❤️

This app has been wonderful getting me started with fasting. I really struggled at first so the tips, encouragement, and “rewards” really helped me stay on track. I’ve been intermittent fasting for 6 months now and don’t feel I need to log in every day because I’m in a grove now. The only reason I’m giving the app 4 stars is because they need an editor/proofreader. There are quite a few misspelled words and the daily messaging from the bot is quite glitchy. I get 4-6 repeat messages in one day, many times. (I paid for the subscription) Other than the glitchy messages and misspelled words, this is an AMAZING tool and has helped me on my journey to getting healthier.

Have really loved using this app for the last 3-4 weeks. The daily encouragement and notifications are incredibly helpful. This is a great app, truly. Despite my issues below, I strongly recommend this app to anyone who is in the IF lifestyle. I REALLY WISH that I could input a CUSTOM FASTING HOURS (15/10 or 17/7) instead I being limited to the ones listed. As I’m new to IF, I’m building up my hours gradually so I can be as successful as possible. If I use 14/10 but I’m really doing a 15/9, that doesn’t stretch me. If I use 16/8 but I’m doing 15/9, that makes me fail every day. Please please please allow a custom option!!!!! Also, the app keeps crashing whenever I try to add measurements or photos. What’s up with that? Please advise.
