It might seem a bit much to charge a yearly subscription fee for a Safari extension that deals with those annoying pop-ups asking for your consent/nonconsent on cookies. Not to me. I like apps that do one thing but do it well, and don’t try to keep selling you more stuff or bother you with notifications. SuperAgent just works in the background and you tend to forget it’s there, which I love. Does it catch every cookie notification? Unfortunately, no. It must be very difficult to deal with the myriad of ways that websites can pop the question…for example, sometimes it’s not on a pop-up banner, it’s coded directly on the page. Anyway, I still appreciate the fact that it generally catches the most annoying ones. Do you need this app? No, you can do everything yourself. Just takes a few seconds (usually) to opt out of all but required cookies, or whatever your decision is. I think this extension is for geeks who are online 24/7 and will do just about anything to save time and minimize annoyances. Give it a try and see what you think. P.S. I can’t really justify a 5 star rating, but 4 stars is a solid recommendation from me. If it caught more cookie notifications, or it was cheaper, or both…then I’d definitely give it the coveted 5th star.

This may seem to be an idea that’s not worth taking the time to even install on your device, but we all know the annoyance when the omnipresent “we use cookies” button will automatically pops up all the time. So keeping that in mind, realize by simply installing this app and setting up the cookie preferences one time within the app, it will automatically apply your preferences to all future websites. On top of that it’s only a few very simple steps to initiate and begin to use this app. I’ve had this installed for about 2 weeks and I’m telling you since then I haven’t even seen the cookie consent popup at all! It works flawlessly and sets up in a matter of 2 minutes or so. Alright well off you go to get this app set up 👍🏻

1) The page you open after updates always asks me to sign in after clicking through the next button, but it doesn’t work with passwords autofill as there isn’t a website address. So I always have to click on passwords, then search for Superagent to find my login. 2) The “close window” button that is on the page after update after clicking through the next doesn’t do anything. Besides this I like the app, just hope the little things get fixed QOL.
