First off let me say I USED to Love this app. In the past month, since mid April ,2025 I have been let down and disappointed time and time again. Prior to the update, the app worked great. It’s given me the chance to share my journey and find out some really cool products along the way. However- I gave it 1star because the response time on communication when you need to get a hold of someone is basically non existent. I’ve reached out to the customer support team like I’ve been instructed to do several times(8 Open tickets in the app)no chat message feature is available bc I’m not in an active sponsorship. Zero response in return. MOST RECENTLY I WAS KICKED OUT OF PREMIUM FOR NO REASON WITH WEEKS LEFT IN THE MONTH ON MY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP(PAID IN FULL) AND I CANT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER ME. Forget trying to ask for a refund when they charge you for no reason and you can’t use their services but they continue to charge you! Probably happened with the new bug but I’m super let down as I love this app and don’t want to look elsewhere for my UGC material. Two weeks later and it’s still crickets

I joined this app several months ago and have applied to several of the sponsorships. I am a micro influencer but have worked with so many different brands for many years. I was excited to apply to the ones on the app and have actually been accepted by quite a few of them. I love it. The communication between WeSponsored and myself has been excellent. They have been quick to respond if I’ve had any issues and have helped resolve things in a reasonable time. They are true to their word as far as payment and I honestly have no complaints. I can’t wait to see what other brands will be joining and looking for influencers.

I am new to the app and have completed my first review. I initially recieved an email about a product that was supposed to be a great match for me. I applied for said sponsorship and have not recieved word since. I like the idea of this since I am considered a micro influencer, but there should be more communication about reception of applications and time frames of acceptance. 2-4weeks is a long time to wait to here from a product sponsorship. When these days it can be a email or direct message away. I love the idea of the app but I think there should be more dialogue with the potential influencers. Also an update on products listed I have opened the app and seen the same products for almost 2 months now. This is great for building up a portfolio of brand sponsorships to obtain more and I hope it continues to grow.
