The app seems to be dropping connection when doing a transfer and you are waiting for confirmation window to pop up so that you can enter the authentication code. The window doesn’t show up and one has to keep trying

Doesn’t work on iPhone
The lack of customer service notwithstanding, and no responses to emails, it seems the app is not supported on iPhone according to their well hidden help page.
