There is a option of purchase and record your own audio. In that case, Im facing a lot of with issues syncing the audios with the playshield, headphones bluetooth mode turns off when a the playshield is attached on, so you can't trigger or manage the process. The shield only records the first audio from the playlist and I tried many ways to te solve this..

First off when I registered via email it immediately kept telling me my password was wrong, after multiple resets I set up an account by linking it to Gmail, it took 30mins to get it to finally connect to one set and download the shield, when I connected the second one it would not update it or download the shields, I had to remove it and create a new account on another devices, too another 45mins to finally get it connected and downloading two shields before it stopped picking them up. Went back to the other device where the first story phones was connected only to discover it removed the shields and is now refusing to recognize any of them. Spent over $330 between the two sets and shields and I’ll be returning them in the morning, if they can’t be bothered to create an app that actually works I can’t be bothered to keep them or waste anymore time or money on them.

Whatever issues people were having previously with these headphones are now completely fixed. There’s no issues logging in no issues creating an account. Everything was super simple. Super easy. It took me three minutes.
