Can I connect using IP? Not via swan? Same as inside gold? So much push to use swan. Definitely will not use Paradox in future. Such a terrible supporting apps. To developers: I use “feature “ import from inside Gold …. Can’t connect Why not add simple field. IP/ host name and Port? This could be done so easy, but instead, you are developing wheel. NO MORE PARADOX !!!! Any update? Can you fix it? So I can connect using IP? Or DNS? I used option to migrate from gold. And can’t connect!!!! Guys, if you can’t doing, say it. Someone will do it. PARADOX was a good company, but in last century.

Last app was terrible. This app is…TERRIBLE. Don’t buy anything from paradox. Half of the times you can’t connect to the app at once. You get stuck on the first screen. So no remote alarm control for you. No setting on the alarm no setting off no panic attack no nothing

After switching from the old Insite Gold app to BlueEye app and since yesterday accepting face recognition to login, it is a great improvement and responds much faster connecting to the server, no more long waiting streaming. Although I still have both app on my iPhone, my primary and preferred app is BlueEye. Keep working on improvements. Uploading the app in some cases it takes a long time it stays streaming quite a bit and sometimes never uploads. PLA
