This app is put out for free my some UK doctors who have had success in their practice with low carb and it is absolutely outstanding. It is add free and there is no ask to pay for premium content. Resources are educational, scientifically accurately and easy to understand. (They even include references to studies that support their info)
If you are concerned about pre diabetes, diabetes type 2, or just want to have more energy, less pain and greater mental clarity you should download and read the modules and implement their suggestions.
