It’s honestly a great app for free tbh, but the fact that you need premium to save rooms now is kind of a let down. At the same time, I can’t be mad for the need to make revenue, but honestly you could’ve put other types of features behind a paywall instead of saving. I guess it’s a give and take, because it has a lot of great features for free in exchange for not being able to save. Most other planner apps would have nearly every furniture item outside one or two of them behind a paywall, but this has a lot more options. Unfortunately I can’t afford premium ): My experience with the app isn’t too bad, recently there were some weird issues with resizing wall items (they turn sideways when they get resized) and not being able to move them to the correct wall (a bug that could only be fixed when I leave and come back, but alas, I can’t save) I can’t say anything for the paid version, but for the free features it’s not bad. But don’t use it if you’re not looking to actually purchase it. If something goes wrong or if your phone crashes you might be very frustrated at the lost progress.

I enjoy using this app and it can be quite useful when re-organizing your room or when moving into a new space. The only problem I have is that when I first got the app, I gave some feedback to the developers through text, based on my experience and what I felt could be improved. I later got messaged by them if I wished to talk and give feedback about something. I was told when I asked, that all I needed to do was talk and answer questions. I accepted and later called them at the designated time (it was supposed to be a meeting but they said a call would work). In the specifications of the text, all I had to do was call them and give feedback about such and such, and I would receive $50. Though what wasn’t specified is that I had to have purchased things through the app and explain my experience with the purchases. The issue with that was that I had not purchased any items through their app. The person I was calling, later said that they couldn’t convince their boss to give me $50. I’m not necessarily upset about missing out on $50, though I do feel that proper communication and truth to word is key with a company. Otherwise the app is pretty good, and I also can understand a mistake like this coming from a smaller company.

First of all, thank you for making this app! I have a home that was built in the 60s that has some weird room layouts so designing has made it a bit tricky but this app helps so much! One thing I thought could use an improvement is the dashboard. You have both “my rooms” and “demo rooms”. I got a little confused on why I already had concepts in “my rooms”. Maybe so the page is not blank? I would like to suggest adding a side panel listing both options would work and creating a drop down menu of any saved data. I love cards, but maybe not for the main page. This could be reserved for adding previously saved work, suggested popular items for a room, or suggested design styles... I understand this app is growing, and would love to see this continue to grow through more user research. I hope this makes some sense!
