This app is incredibly misleading and functionally broken. I downloaded this because I’m trying to order my very first pair of glasses. I spent an hour perfectly lit by a ring light, adjusting the phone's position back and forth because it kept giving me ridiculous strings of numbers like 5286, 6491, and 7735. The consistent error message at the top stating “fail” with the words "frame size" below it. What was I to think other than I’m out of frame? I’m not positioned correctly after spending an hour plus trying. I was fed up. Finally, I saw an option to upload a photo in the settings. But when I went to use it, the app forced me to pay a $7.99 "lifetime membership" fee for this "advanced feature." I begrudgingly paid it. I submitted my perfectly lit photo, and the app instantly rejected it because I wasn't wearing glasses. The whole point of the app is to get measurements so you can buy my FIRST pair of glasses, and their own promotional images literally show a little girl taking her PD without them! I don't own glasses yet! I deleted the app. Waited for the charge to clear. Then I contacted Apple, and they denied my refund, saying the purchase was ineligible for a refund. “This decision is final." Not eligible? Even though the app is completely unusable for its advertised purpose. Absolutely awful experience. Save your money and do not download this.
friendly use and accurate.
There were a couple others that I tried but this one worked great. It even has voice instructions. I would highly recommend this app
