Never thought I’d be interested in a “restaurant” that sells only fruit bowls and healthy concoctions. But, to my ecstatic surprise, I LOVE the Açaí bowls at Protein Foundry! A large bowl is plenty for dinner, and is quite satisfying. Stays with me through the evening so I don’t find myself wandering through the kitchen looking for something to graze on right before bed. In time I’ll probably try some of the other menu items, but for now, the Ipanema is all I need.
