BusyBox Sign

The last update caused my battery to drain on the BusyBox very fast. This new firmware update basically bricked my device and it claimed another user had ownership of the device (false) - had to completely reset it to factory settings, now it is unable to do color gradients at all. They don’t show up in the app. Siri voice function has almost never worked… now I’m able to turn on the busy box with Siri voice commands, but it does not recognize turning it off with voice commands. A very frustrating device/software. The basic functions need to work before the extras are added.

Having problems with the latest update for two reasons. All GIF images loaded from the app no longer animate once uploaded onto the unit. Animated images selected from the preset gallery of the new app work, but images uploaded from your phone via the app no longer animate. The other issue was with the Wi-Fi connection dialogue which mandates using a password, even for unsecured access points so I am no longer able to have the sign login into Wi-Fi.

I was so excited to buy this product online based on the marketing of Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, Siri, etc. integrations. The site implies this is current functionality so I bought it and downloaded this app. Looks like they do not have this functionality. Currently you can control it via the app manually but there is no automation.
