The product itself is made of quality materials. Makes everything look and feel professional, but their software is trash. Crashes/random updates + ones you’ve already done. Devices not communicating with the app, so you can’t even use the product you spent over $5,000 on. The only solution is wired via usb, but that product isn’t coming back to stock, plus they don’t show you any other work arounds. It’s the app or die. I love to see small companies succeed but this feels more like a scam. If they don’t resolve their software issues soon, they won’t last. I am up to date V3.3.48 as of today, new iPhone, tried iPad; still nothing. I have opted out and bought a cobot arm. Not much more in price, and works every time exactly how you want it to. Edelkrone, please fix your software so I can resell your products with a clean conscience 🙏🏽

The App has been working very well for me. iPhone 14pro max. I haven’t had any connectivity issues at all and have used it for a good number of weeks now. So far, so good. The only issue I have is if you change the speed and don’t save a pose, it doesn’t change the speed. The speed selected needs to be saved as a pose before the speed will operate at that speed. Intuitively I would think you can change speed to any speed without saving just by moving the sliders, until I saw the sequencer and I think that is where locking in speeds for each pose makes sense.

I like the app interface and features overall, but the largest problem is reliability. It has connection issues where the slider or head will randomly drop connection. If the connection drops, the slider will finish its motion, but the head will not. This app needs updates that focus on connection reliability. Pretty embarrassing given the price of the equipment. Likely trying to push you to buy their wired controller instead - which is unscrupulous. They advertise this as working with an app, but the app is so unreliable I constantly have to watch the app to make sure it stays connected.
