Map Update while reporting a matter
The app is amazing and very user friendly. I do however have an issue with reporting a fault. Some addresses do not pick up. For example when logging a call at 716 it does not pick up. Majority of the address in Rabie ridge ext 4 and 5 do not pick up at all. The names have changed however on the up that has not been updated.

Extremely useful
Great and easy to use app for reporting potholes to your municipality. In Cape Town, depending on the time of year and the importance of the road or street, it gets fixed between 2 days and 2 weeks after reporting it. There is currently a bug: Once in a while I get a push notification but when I tap on it, there's no alert – just this app's usual home screen (my iPhone is set to not display the content of push notifications, so I have to tap on it for the applicable app to show me what it wants to notify me of).

Statuses not updated
Although the app works well and the reported issues were attended to promptly by the City of Cape Town, the report status on the app never got updated and all issues that have been addressed still showed a status of in progress. Prompt response from developer resolved the issue, including a follow up phone call.
