Queue - Find Movies & Shows

I love this app I’ve been using for a bit over a year now and I love how it works. Most tv shows, movie tracker and recommenders I could never really get into because its came off as dull and boring but Queue is colorful but movie dark if you get what I mean. The reason its a 4 is I had an issue where my number change and I couldn’t log into my account. So I reached out to support who then reached back out immediately to me saying they can help. I sent back the information that ask for within minutes and waited. I waited for about over a hour nearing two when I sent another email not rushing just asking if they had an update for me. I got an email to that respond ten minutes later from the support again but this time the representative being rude telling me that they’re an one person team and have to support other emails basically I have to understand that my email is not their priority. That’s Okay! I never assumed it was nor was I aware that the support team was ran off a one person staff I just wanted an update on my problem. In my opinion I felt the extra commentary was needed and it definitely didn’t needed to be hostile or rude. I would have understand regardless like I do now. But other than that this is a very good app and I love it very much better than any other rating and review app and I have used just wish the support communication was better! Quick Update: I originally said this was a 4 but I changing it to a 5 because once again this is truly an really great app and yes although support was a bit rude I understand the stress or running and building a app at the same time. It since its such a n good app I want it to have an high rating so more people can come and experience this app because like I stated many times before its is a very good app!

This app is so incredibly useful for sorting and rating movies/shows you’ve watched as well as keeping track of the ones you want to see in the future. It’s a fantastic community of movie lovers where you can follow people with similar movie tastes, or even completely different ones to expand your own range of recommendations. You can also watch trailers for any movies you search up or that pop up on your feed, create your own movie lists, see what the trending watches are, sort your preferences based on the streaming channels you have, and SO much more. The Queue developers and team are also absolutely fantastic and responsive to any suggestions or comments you might have for them. I need an app like Queue for *everything* because it’s exactly how I love to organize things rather than just writing it down on a Notes app. Wish I could give more than 5 stars :) It’s my absolute favorite and most used app!

Update: Bumping my rating from 3⭐️ to 4⭐️ due to hearing from the dev and knowing what is coming hopefully soon! I forgot to mention one other thing I would like to see: on the “My Queue” tab, there are all the icons for your shows and movies. They are arranged in rows of 4. I would like to see an option so you could change the number in the row to 3, or 2, or even 1. Thus would allow you to enlarge the icons for better visibility. Obviously this is a personal preference, but an option I would love to see. Thank you 🙏 —————————————————————- Some things about this app are outstanding! The design and feel of the app for example. But other things are missing or could be improved. On the Discover Tab top 10, when I scroll down to Apple TV, there is only one item, not 10… come on! Do better!!! Secondly, I use these types of apps to find things to watch. Not having recommendations to similar shows when you are viewing a show is a BIG miss!!! Please add this! Also, I want to support the development of this app, but not through forcing me to view ads! Give me a purchase option to remove ads! Otherwise I’ll for sure go elsewhere, and there are a ton of great apps out there. This could be one of the better ones, but at the moment it is just above average… a solid grade of B. Give me show recommendations and the ability to remove ads, and you’ll move up to the upper tier of this type of app. Cheers 🍻
