Can’t pay for any order via app or website. Used 2 different cards then 4 different Apple Pay methods. Doesn’t work at all. Disappointing :(

Tried several times to update address and it wouldn’t accept it, would get error message that they don’t deliver to this area (they do). I still managed to order through the app but had to call the store to confirm address. Frustrating!!

While it’s slightly better than the last one I still have ongoing issues. This time it won’t let me preorder from a store for delivery - only pick up. So off I go to their website instead (again so many other issues) and order where I can select delivery for preorder. Then the price is different to what is on the app…. Pizzas are delicious but your online ordering systems (app and web) have been and are still, absolutely ridiculous and need so much work.
