My Northeast Bank

The app doesn’t work on my iPhone 12 Mini (iOS 26.4.2). All I see is a photo of a bridge over a river. The “App Support” button here in the App Store leads to a “Not Found” page on the bank’s website. I submitted a message a few weeks ago via the website’s Contact Us page, but no response was received. I called the bank at a time that was convenient to me, and I was told to call back during regular business hours; they wouldn’t pass along a message. Disappointed customer. I was hoping for better support!

I reached out through an email/message about the app and i was relied to and it was resolved in less than a day. That was comforting. Thanks!

I have several accounts in my care, some of them belonging to a parent. I don’t always want to see any transactions except my own. When I opened this up, my first thought was that someone got ahold of my card, because there were listed transactions for places I have not been. Only after I scrolled down and saw a deposit that made sense for a parent did I take a breath and also attribute those “not me!” transactions to my parent as well. Not helpful. I want to choose an account to view transactions for, not see them all together. Otherwise, having not tried to make a deposit, not a transfer, nor look anything up, I reserve further judgment.
