My goodness, the last thirteen years of my life were spent trying to manage my wife’s disregard for a budget and my lack of load when I got to the Philippines thanks to her using up any cards I’d buy in preparation for my next visit. This makes everything easy, today is our first time back in the Philippines and we’re rained in at our hotel trying to contact relatives (airport globe station failed to mention the 1500 pesos we spent was only for data and NOT for actual phone load)… the app was quick, easy, and I almost fell over with how simple it was! Thanks for your app, beats sitting out in Manila rain trying to load up at a 7-11.
On two separate occasions I went online to try to purchase a pre paid visa gift card where my phone was inadvertently rerouted to this RECARGE APP where I attempted to first buy a hundred dollar card was not able to activate this card with the numbers provided by in the email that came with the card I followed up with customer service who haven’t bothered to call me directly but continue to send me emails with information that has yet to help my situation like are you sure your putting the right numbers in. Add insult to injury I tried one more time yesterday thinking I was going to another web sight but again was routed to recharge and basically ran into the same situation out 50 dollars this time asked to contact customer service. Don’t get scammed stay away from recharge they are either part of this scam or at best are promoting it
Hi Recharge owners you guys did amazing app which makes very easy to recharge airtime of any country I tried so far. Your service is fast and diligent. I only have two suggestions as user. The first is you guys set the amount of airtime we buy so that we users forced to pick one of your limit we like it or not. Instead If you let us decide what amount of dollars we spend in the app and let your app shows us the exact amount will be. The second suggestion is can you make the app to have lock feature before to order new transactions after and before we recharge. I said this Because I have kids that sometimes played with my phone and they might accidentally open the app while they keep touching all the apps in my phone which it might let them recharge without their knowledge to my last recharge list. Thanks for serving us!
