I recently downloaded this app and deposited $100 as a part of a promotion. This promotion gave me access to $100 worth of bonus bets aswell. I placed bets until I turned over my original 100 and was left with the bonus bets. I placed $20 worth of bonus bets and came back to my account later in the day to have found the other 80 had gone missing. After talking to customer support the only thing they were able to tell me was that my account had been made ineligible for promotions. They said I had breached their terms and conditions according to their ‘trading team’ and were unable to provide a reason or the terms and conditions that I had allegedly broken. I read through their terms and conditions and hand on heart I had not broken a single one! Despite this, there was no soloution and have told me that there is no way to have those bonus bets reinstated. This is ridiculous, and the customer support team made me feel small and unheard as they gave smug and unhelpful replies.

App is good, just needs to add live tracking to the app so I can track my bets without having to go back and forth between apps to check scores and track Multies, that is the only bad thing about this app besides the fact that withdrawals take way to long.

I’ve played a few sites, win some and lose others. In under a year at playup finally had a small decent run (still profit overall be around 500 in a year) and they have limited me to $25 wins, no bonuses and I cannot do multis (not really sure why I am awful at them). Many australia bookmakers (based off other forums and my experience) play fair for both winning and losing bettors, playup is not one of them. Probably cost them money cause instead of playing my balance through I have no choice now but to withdrawal my money. My advice don’t play this site, chose one of the other ones.
