I downloaded this app after my Instagram was hacked, and I read online reviews that said they could help. This app was no help in any capacity, and I felt like I was communicating with automated responses the entire time. I STILL don’t have my Instagram account back, and the “experts” on this account provided no help to get my account restored. Once I reached a roadblock in following their automated instructions to deal with Instagram, they ignored my messages for over a week and provided no further assistance. All my recovery info, including email and phone number, were changed by the hacker and this app provided no help whatsoever even with screenshots and screen recordings of what happened when I tried to follow their instructions to log into Instagram. In addition, they do not value their customers and take the ten dollars a month up front without delivering any real, human services that help you navigate the mess of bots, meaningless help pages, and automated responses you get from social media platforms. This app is not worth the price per month they are asking, and I encourage all consumers not to waste their money on another meaningless security app that can’t deliver on their promises.

What are your business hours cuz the expert team is not here to support me to my convenience. I downloaded and pay for this app in hopes of recover my instagram account that has been hack for so long just to not receive any help. I am not online 24/7 so whenever I go in the app they’re not there to help me!!! Either they are “away” “will be back in a few hours” “will be back tomorrow” like I don’t have the patience to wait that long just for it to say this message again. With all due respect I understand the reason behind this capricious schedule but it makes me frustrated that I don’t know when I CAN receive support or cannot. Like I really need my instagram account back for business reasons but I am not receiving help at all! If the message says “we will be back on Monday” how do you expect us to know the TIME and be there! I am busy and have work so I need to KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE AVAILABLE SO I COULD GET SUPPORT SOONER!!! PLEASE this is my last RESORT and I Have hope to recover my instagram account! IT WOULD BE SO HELPFUL IF I KNOW THE HOURS and times when experts are going to be online/offline. You can’t just flake on your customers like that and expect them to know the time specifics to your convenience if you DONT TELL US!!! SO PLEASE INFORM ME WHAT TIMES IS SUPPORT AVAILABLE!!! Be SPECIFIC!!!!!

My instagram account was hacked for a few weeks, i had tried everything i could think of, i saw someone get this app and talk to real love people and agents and multiple people said it is way better than waiting around for emails or progress to be made from the instagram help center. I was a little skeptical but i gave it some time and patience and they showed me every single step and followed up on my progress and were so kind and helpful for helping me get my account back. After only a couple days of trying the steps they told me to, after having my account he hacked and myself kicked off of everything, their steps are what got me to get my account back. All Around this app was amazing and so so so useful.
