Reliable VPN service but it has a few flaws. Some websites do not allow use of VPN. I then disconnect the VPN and return to the website only to be denied access again. After much frustration I then realize that Malwarebytes VPN reconnected itself. This repeatedly happens and I have to repeatedly force it to disconnect again. This glitch needs to be addressed. The other issue is there is no option to disconnect for a period of time, for example 15 minutes, and then automatically reconnect. This is available on the windows version and is just as important if not more important on the mobile version since I am usually traveling and in airports or coffee shops using my phone and often find the VPN is off and I forgot to turn it back on. Please add this feature to the iOS version. Disappointing there is no place on the Malwarebytes website to request features or improvements. Or it is very difficult to find.
As far as VPN’s go, this one does exactly what you want, and is about as easy as it could be. Some streaming services block VPN’s outright (disney, prime video, others), and Privacy doesn’t get around it. But i’m not sure if any VPN service can. One small improvement I wish they’d include is the option to set a handful of servers as “favorites” or “bookmarks” or put them on a hot bar or quick access menu or something. There are only two or three servers that I regularly use, and it’s annoying to have to open up the locations and scroll through to find the one you want every time. If i could easily and quickly select them from the app home screen, or better yet, if i could do it with 3D touch from my phone’s home screen, it would just be so much more convenient. A bit of a nitpick and not a real *issue*, but it would make the user experience much more pleasant.
I have been dealing with VPNS disconnecting my internet whenever I turn on a VPN with different providers. So far I like the VPN Malwarebytes offers. The connection stays connected and secured. The added features Browser Guard and Malwarebytes Premium is a plus. I have a few issues with my device that I believe Malwarebytes resolved by adding protection to my devices. I have 5 devices and I was able to add additional security to every one without any trouble or difficulties. I’m glad that organizations like Malwarebytes is around to provide expert cyber protection making my cyber life a little bit easier. I noticed and plan to take advantage of the learning section Malwarebytes provides on it’s website to further education myself on topics concerning cybersecurity.
