I downloaded the app did a bit of setting up and thought it was neat but not worth the price. But then I talked with the agent and they asked how I secure my bank, I tell them and they tell me I should get a identity theft protection service, I explain I already have one but they kept pushing their partnered one onto me explaining the family plans and individual plans regardless of the multiple times I denied and said I didn’t need it. I think the service is useful ish, it gives you a VPN, Adblocker, Email Monitoring, and a Wifi Security Check which is pretty good but not worth the $15 a month. I think the only thing that would be mainly worthwhile would be the Mac antivirus but it isn’t as good as Kaspersky and wouldn’t even install so also useless to me. Glad I didn’t pay full price but will request a refund. If you don’t already have any of the above I think it’s a decent deal, but it’s more of a jack of all trades but master of none, if your security and privacy is really important to you, I recommend getting multiple services rather than one that does it all, more secure and you get a support team and specialized support for that specific thing you need.

I received an ad from you on Instagram for a trial offer. I purchased it and paid. Then it said to download the app. The link on the ad did not work. I also received an email invoice confirming the payment and took screenshots. Then I downloaded app and created an account and verified my email, it is not registering that I already paid and is asking me to pay again. The ad clearly has an error and is fake, it only collects payment and does not register and account to associate that payment or trial to. . I am unable to receive the services I paid for because of this error on your website. The contact us form on the website also does not work and gives an error message when I try to submit it... I would like you to resolve this today since it is a 7 day trial, and also the ad said I could cancel via my account online but there is no such ability unless I subscribe again due to the fact that your ad is set up to collect a payment but does not create an account to link it to. So please cancel the trial too since it does not work I obviously refuse to pay for the subscription.

I can say with confidence that it’s the first security app I installed which actually works. It doesn’t give you general and vague statement that your data was stolen but actually provides you an info on accounts which were hacked. I was impressed when I saw in that list websites and apps I’m using with all my passwords saying that I should change them! One more feature I like about this app is an online support. If you don’t understand something and need some assistance you can always reach out to your agent who will help you out and even give you some tips on how to protect your data. And a good bonus for me is the VPN which works great as well!
