CredPal: Credit & Savings

I have uploaded all my details and I have a 762 credit score. But I’m having issues with the additional documents upload. Three out of four documents were marked. And the last part for additional documents still not marked and I don’t know what document am I supposed to upload there. And the last time I uploaded my international passport it shows successful but still it didn’t make the additional documents so my profile can be completed. Please I need help

As First timer I got credit limit above 400,000 both cash credit & shop credit. Awesome! I was only interested in cash credit because I didn’t have need of shopping items. While paying back I was celebrated as mvp. Their interest charges is so meager that you’ll think it’s your friend that borrow you money & asked you to payback exact amount borrowed. 100% recommended to everyone

This is the message I have been getting from CredPal since on the 30th of March 2022. More than 6 agents have contacted me via WhatsApp but will never call me to confirm what went wrong. Not until this morning that one of the agent accused of fraud and I have been working tirelessly to fix the errors before CredPal authorized the flagging of all my accounts I used that period to transfer fund. Ever since I joined CredPal, we are doing fine, I get loan and repay on time until March this year, I still paid as usual but yet I am being accused of fraud. First of all that is insulting and then defamation of my name and identity. CredPal has my complete details and never for once I have got a call to ask me what happened , it’s only WhatsApp call the chat and threatened to report me if I don’t payback but I always send my screenshots of the same payment they accused me of not paying. I can not tag CredPal as being bad because I have enjoyed their services but this recent development is what I will not take. My next action will be to go to the police station and then charge the case to court if I am being accused again.. I have written to your emails and yet I don’t get a response not to talk of a positive response. You guys have caused me enough embarrassment already by blocking all my accounts and freezing my funds and rendering my active accounts useless. Have a nice day.
