Can’t even login to the app

Doesn’t allow you to register to use the app. And even selecting the Forgotten Password option is buggy/goes no where. It’s a shame, because I used Medview via a browser to send prescriptions to a pharmacy and it worked seamlessly. It’s this app that does not work.

Not quite there

Not sure how this got 5 stars perhaps people using it weren’t using it long enough to have it continually stall when you go to scan multiple QR code’s one after the other. Anyway if they could resolve these issues so it could run without staff having to close and reopen it all the time it would be ideal as a stand alone app whereby customers scan their own scripts in. Support said we should get customers to sign up to MySL then submit them - defeats the purpose. Even using it without the intention of having it as a standalone scripts in service for customers is frustrating as staff have to interrupt the workflow to scan the barcode, fiddling with filthy phones walking into the dispensary while the customer anxiously watches the mess unfold.
