Dashing Mariachis

This game is really good, but I think the execution could have been better. The camera is really weird, as it is so zoomed in that you can’t see some obstacles until they are right in your face. This game is also really hard, like I died probably 10 or so times in just the first level. The rhythm-game part is good though. I think with the camera thing fixed and some tweaks to the levels this could be a solid 4 star game.

I love the concept of this game--a platformer with a rhythm game at the end of the level--and the simplicity of its execution. It's refreshing to have a game that isn't overloaded with gachas, multiple currency types, and a hundred game modes to keep you hooked. It's great to just pick up any time I feel and not worry about logging in to complete timed quests or use my energy so it starts building up again or junk like that. Ads aren't too often and mainly optional to double your coins. Music and aesthetics are enjoyable, and cosmetic items/characters give you something to work toward. I hope the developers keep adding levels and continue to support it for a long time.

My only problem with this game is the camera. I think it’s really weird how close the camera is and you almost have no view of the scenario.
