The ‘Pick+’ that has replaced the traditional pick application has made the warehouse team want to tear their hair out. The QA team who approved this and didn’t leave the old method has lost touch with the consumers; Text to speech is stuck on slowest, overly complicated with no new benefits, speech overrides all other audio output, and more that we are discovering as we work through this ‘new’ update. The team who pushed this update obviously don’t work with the application regularly.
When I first started selling we had the ability to key in negative inventories when product was empty from the shelf. Sadly it’s been gone for several months now, I’ve lost track of how long. But it stands to reason that the use of such a simple action is dearly missed amongst our team. Whether the product was empty due to warehouse issues or someone’s own mistake it served as a useful tool in ensuring the outs were mitigated in future orders. Please give us back the ability to put in negative inventories. Please.
Hello! Please bring back the user location blip and the button on the top right corner of the map that allows you to find your location. Without it it becomes difficult to figure out where you are or what customers are closest when not familiar with the areas. That’s the biggest complaint so far from this new app. Thanks!
