This app is helpful and I am grateful to have it. There are some issues that are frustrating: I wish the search results/item page would say which distributor an item comes from, as I am searching several distros at once. Tapping the screen to select or unselect a distributor is bizarrely challenging. Finally, search results should have the exact search term listed first, then close spellings listed after that. Searching for an exact item and having to first scroll through close-but-not-quite items is not just a confusing waste of time, it can appear that the item I’m actually searching for isn’t available, when it’s actually listed below other irrelevant items. One other issue: I find the process of editing a submitted order very confusing. Am I canceling an entire order or will I submit an order twice? I’ve done both!

I wish all of our alcohol vendors used this app. It makes it so easy for the customer. No meed to send posted pricing catalogs, no need to text or call in orders or questions about products. Ordering alcohol and spirits in state of Michigan is not only confusing, it requires you to order from multiple vendors and not every vendor carries the same product depending on which county you’re in, and it requires staff to be on site 4-5 days in a week to accept the deliveries. This app makes everything easier.

If Yuengling is not available why does it keep showing up on my order guide? Also a few times that I’ve ordered and part of my order was not available, I did t get any of my order. I placed an order Tuesday and it’s showing no delivery today for any of it. When I placed order it did the issue listed below…. Also when I go to review order to place it, it is showing like a double screen (one on top of the other). I think this caused my order not to place or place correctly.
