Our work changed to this system many months ago. #1- you cannot specify no onions or any optional choices available in relish such as spicy level so food is always bland. #2- check the pickup price for something you want to order from the restaurant website- it is always way more for the hungry system. #3- food portions are usually smaller than relish or go pick it up yourself. #4- every 3 or 4 meals I get go to the trash for being gross to me due to being cold, #5 they utterly ignore my reviews in their system. You get a canned auto response for the complaints, and I complain for every meal. Avoid using these people. Go get your own lunch, you will be happier.
This app is terrible. It maintains completely separate account login passwords for the website and mobile app. Now I have two passwords for the same email address!? Further, if you change your password they will email it back to you IN CLEAR TEXT! Absolutely horrible security practices that even the worst junior developer should know about.
I really like how easy Hungry makes it to order for my office! It’s so quick to place an order and I don’t have to worry about it being late because I receive updates through my orders process!
